A Specialist Theological Press

Sharing research and scholarship.

SCD Press

SCD values excellent research publication with a diverse and international reach. Through the SCD Press we hope to make a real contribution to the wider world of academe and to enrich and encourage those whose work finds a home in our lists.

Early Christian Studies Series

SCD Press publishes Early Christian Studies, previously published by the Australian Catholic University and St Pauls, Sydney. We also handle ongoing sales of previous volumes of this important monograph series.

Journal of Gospels and Acts Research

The Journal of Gospels and Acts Research publishes research into the four Gospels and, due to the connections with Luke, the Book of Acts.  It seeks to foster better understanding of these foundational documents of historical Christianity from a variety of methodological perspectives, including historical, archaeological, theological, exegetical, literary, sociological, feminist, and text-critical approaches.

Journal of Theological Reflections

The first volume of the academic journal of the SCD Korean School of Theology, Journal of Theological Reflections appeared in 2013, the second in 2016. It is intended that they will now appear annually. Articles may be in Korean or English.
